2.The vendor agrees to allow KickBuy to list their store/products and promote them to app users.
3.KickBuy connects vendors to users and facilitates in-store or in-app purchases via wallet scan.
4.In return, vendors agree to provide a pre-defined cashback or discount on eligible purchases.
5.KickBuy earns a service fee or commission from transactions made through the platform.
6.Vendors must maintain updated pricing, product information, and stock availability on the platform.
7.The vendor is responsible for product delivery, customer service, and handling any complaints.
8.KickBuy reserves the right to remove or suspend vendors found in breach of trust or legal compliance.
9.All commissions, payment terms, and service agreements will be documented separately.
10.Vendors must comply with local trade laws, taxation, and data-handling policies.
11.Vendors are required to provide a minimum commission of two percent (2%) or above on each successful transaction to the company.
12.Any dispute (civil or criminal) shall fall under Eluru, Andhra Pradesh jurisdiction only.
13.Users may purchase directly from listed vendors using the KickBuy wallet or QR scanner.
14.Vendors must honor all active cashback offers and product/service promises listed in the app.
15.Users are entitled to rewards and cashback only for verified purchases made via KickBuy.
16.Any refund or return-related disputes should be resolved directly between the user and vendor.
17.Vendors are expected to offer quality products/services and maintain customer satisfaction.
18.KickBuy is not responsible for disputes over pricing, delivery issues, or product quality.
19.Users must not harass, threaten, or abuse vendors under any circumstance.
20.Vendors should provide a receipt or confirmation upon each successful transaction.
21.Users are advised to verify store and product authenticity before making high-value purchases.
22.In case of fraud or misconduct by either party, KickBuy holds the right to mediate or take necessary action, including account suspension.
