1. General Terms
- Users and vendors must register with valid and accurate information.
- All activities on the website, user dashboard, and vendor dashboard must be for lawful purposes only.
- KickBuy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
- Any civil or criminal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
2. User Terms
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- KickBuy provides access to vendor listings, cashback offers, and rewards for purchases made through the platform.
- Cashback and earnings are subject to company rules and verified purchases only.
- KickBuy may adjust cashback percentages or reward policies at any time without prior notice.
- Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or manipulate the reward system.
- Earnings are calculated based on valid transactions and referrals within KickBuy’s matrix system.
- KickBuy is not liable for product quality, pricing, or delivery delays caused by vendors.
- Any refund or return disputes must be resolved directly between the user and vendor.
- Users must not harass, threaten, or abuse vendors in any way.
3. Vendor Terms
- Vendors must register with genuine business documents and undergo verification by KickBuy.
- Vendors agree to allow KickBuy to list and promote their products/services.
- Vendors must maintain updated pricing, product information, and stock availability.
- Vendors must honor all active cashback and discount offers displayed in the app/website.
- KickBuy earns a service fee or commission from transactions made through the platform.
- Vendors are fully responsible for product delivery, quality, and customer handling.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable trade, tax, and data privacy laws.
- KickBuy reserves the right to suspend or remove vendors for breach of trust, legal non-compliance, or fraudulent activity.
4. Transactions
- Purchases may be made via KickBuy wallet or QR scan.
- Vendors must issue receipts or confirmations for all completed transactions.
- Rewards and cashback are provided only for verified purchases.
- Users should verify vendor credibility before making high-value purchases.
- In cases of fraud or misconduct by either party, KickBuy may mediate or take necessary action, including account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
KickBuy acts as a facilitator between users and vendors and is not responsible for pricing disputes, delivery delays, or product/service defects.
6. Modifications
KickBuy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
